Growing up with minimal financial resources has made me sensitive to the needs of families with tight budgets. I have seen farmers go for a budget option when planning their estate then end up without a plan that protects them and their assets as they age. At other times, families hesitate to hire legal assistance because they are concerned about on-going legal costs mounting as the process continues. My solution is to offer flat-fee estate planning so there are no hidden fees or surprises as we draft the documents you need to protect yourself, your family and your assets as you age.

I understand that mobility can be an issue for older adults, so I make house calls to simplify the process.
