If your child needs a legal guardianship established, I can competently and compassionately provide that service with your child’s best interest at heart. 

I also  act as guardian ad litem for adults with disabilities and elderly people who are not able to manage their money and property on their own. And as mentioned above, I can establish a guardianship or conservatorship for your loved one.

I represent children’s best interests and expressed interests in abuse and neglect cases. Having worked with a wide range of family situations, I provide fair, balanced legal representation.

Child Legal Representative (CLR)

I am available to serve as a Child Legal Representative (CLR) in domestic relation/ family law matters. My practice is focused on ensuring that children’s voices are heard and their best interests protected throughout the legal process. I bring a balanced, child-centered approach and work collaboratively with the attorneys and families to achieve efficient, fair outcomes. I take state and private pay appointments.
